In 1987, Ranald worked for a large international supplier of staffing solutions. In 1992, he began investigating workplace behaviour and human capital approaches. He has helped hundreds of organisations, across almost every industry sector, with solutions to improve their productivity through aligned people processes. At Starf, Ranald consults and trains in Values and Behavioural alignment.
