The Starf organisation helps employers to create alignment with their human resource. We train managers how to
recruit the best people and how to performance manage them - this is our Management Development Pattern®. We then
provide access to our Web Based system called STARF® to make it a whole lot easier for managers to do their jobs!
Our typical client size is from 6 - 1000 employees. Enterprise systems are available to corporates. Although Starf
has clients across 7 industry sectors, Starf is suitable to any industry. At Starf we specialise in people systems and
how to align people using our web-based system.
The theory is best practice and assistive to those on a journey toward becoming a Learning Organisation. At Starf
we define this as: Organisations’ that learn and encourage learning among its people. It promotes exchange of
information between employees hence creating a more knowledgeable workforce. This produces a very flexible
organisation where people will accept and adapt to new ideas and changes through a shared vision.
STARF® licenses and provides coaching and support to End User clients, as well as to our Licensed Representatives
and Partners.
The STARF® proprietary training materials ensure managers responsible for the performance management of others,
are up skilled to focus their attention on what is important to the organisation, as opposed to any personal agenda.
Following training, STARF® clients have access to their own web-enabled software hosted by Starf and branded to
reflect their organisation. The simple to use, yet sophisticated system, helps users define job roles/expectations;
recruit and select talent and performance manage their employees.
